We currently ship to Europe through our partnership.

1.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

1.3 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight and destination of the package. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 business days.

Note: Free shipping is available on orders over 30€, or as part of promotional offers.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  3. Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise stated in our promotional offers or in the case of damaged or defective products.

2.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
